Ken made the trek with Leonard once more to get beans and rice. We have hopefully purchased all that we need and the total is more than 5 1/2 tons of food. Thank you once again for all of the support. The people are very grateful to receive it all.
Tonight after devotions we went around and each member gave a thought of the day. It was so much fun. We laughed, awed, and felt renewed. We decided to share the thoughts with you.
- - the boy with the Haitian HUG
- - it is a pleasure working with such friendly people
- - how hard those little kids worked to help us. You should see them move cement blocks.
- - the chicken/ no eggs in the lab bathroom
- - I really like their smiles
- - the road is full of many obstacles
- - peek a boo is the same in any language
- - if you are going to get a flat tire be sure you are rolling into the clinic lot.
- - Almond crusted tuna - can't get any better than that
- - when you are doing eye glasses, if you get a smile you know that you have the right ones
- - you can get the biggest smile from giving the smallest toys
- - Mom, I am learning more here than at college. Thanks Docs!
- - beautiful babies
- - thank you to the docs, pharmacy, lab, etc for helping me
- - no matter where you are in the world, no one likes the sound of dental instruments
- - it is a blessing to live in a country where you don't have to worry about worms coming out of your nose
- - nice to see team work
- - Is there any time limit on devotions?
- - thought for the day from pharmacy 5, 10, 15, 20
- - When you can't read your Bible and then you get glasses and you can see God's Word again, it is wonderful.
- - God has once again put together the perfect team to do His work
- - you know it is hot when the sweat drips outside of your gloves
- - Charmin works any where
